Mr. Reeb was most recently Pres­i­dent at Insti­tute St. Onge, as well as its suc­ces­sor, i3 – Impact invest­ment Inte­gra­tors, Inc. He has over 30 years of expe­ri­ence and has been respon­si­ble for strate­gic plan­ning, busi­ness plat­form design, loca­tion analy­sis, global invest­ment strate­gies, cap­i­tal mar­ket financ­ing options, infra­struc­ture, and facil­ity devel­op­ment in var­i­ous engage­ments for 85 of the For­tune 500. Pre­vi­ously, Mr. Reeb was a Senior Part­ner and Man­ag­ing Direc­tor in Cush­man & Wakefield’s Global Busi­ness Con­sult­ing Group. Prior to that he was Director/Partner of Real Estate Advi­sory for Deloitte’s Global Man­u­fac­tur­ing Expan­sion prac­tice. Mr. Reeb estab­lished, and was Pres­i­dent and Senior Part­ner of RESMA Realty Advi­sors that was later sold to Deloitte. Mr. Reeb started his career at Price­Wa­ter­house Cooper.

Mr. Reeb holds dual Bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness Administration/Accounting and Civil/Industrial Engi­neer­ing (with hon­ors) and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance (with hon­ors) from Tem­ple Uni­ver­sity. His com­pleted an exec­u­tive DBA at Uni­ver­sity of Glas­gow, Scot­land and a Har­vard Busi­ness School PMD exec­u­tive fel­low­ship in Strate­gic Lead­er­ship. He is a Cer­ti­fied Pub­lic Accoun­tant (CPA), and a Coun­selor of Real Estate (CRE). A mem­ber of the Board of Real­tors Edu­ca­tion and Pro­fes­sional Stan­dards Com­mit­tee, the Insti­tute for Cor­po­rate Real Estate (CoreNet) edu­ca­tion corps, the Urban Land Insti­tute, an award win­ner and mem­ber of AICPA, a Fel­low of the Royal Insti­tute of Char­tered Sur­vey­ors, and a mem­ber of the Inter­na­tional Real Estate Insti­tute. Mr. Reeb also cur­rently serves on a num­ber of inter­na­tional non­profit boards.
